Tornado warning ends in Calgary, thunderstorm watches remain in Alberta

CALGARY – A tornado warning ended for the city of Calgary at around 2 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon. A severe thunderstorm watch remained in effect. The weather alerts came a day after a storm spurred tornado warnings in Rocky View County near Airdrie and Crossfield and Mountain View County near Carstairs and Stirlingville.
