A-Channel/CFRN News – July 13, 2001: Caroline Tornado, Edmonton Storm, Pine Lake Coverage
News report on a twister that hit Caroline, Alberta on July 13, 2001, just shy of the one year anniversary of the Pine Lake Tornado.
One interesting note to add, our area was actually hit much harder than what was shown, having been hit with three strong cells, one after another over a 2 hour period. The golf balls came down so hard and heavy that trees were shredded and a few windows were shattered. People described the skies as being very reminiscent to that of the 1987 tornado.
Sorry about the video quality in the beginning.
