The team at Lawless Distilling Company in Minneapolis must pour the beverage (Lawless Vodka, smoked pear syrup, cinnamon and brown sugar foam, lime, egg white, club soda, Bittercube Blackstrap, Bolivar Bitters) down a spoon to prevent a calamitous fizz-over while preserving its crispness. This method maintains the foam, preserving its body and texture.
